So they played 120 minutes of extra time before taking penalties or what? Was it 210 min total, with intervals and penalties? Long game. 8)

Heard that some ..individuals burned police cars in some part of England too. At least people aren't starting wars because of game results. I think that did happen between some countries in the South America long time ago. :(

nah mate, we need a bit of violence, keeps a nice healthy edge to the game, keeps the part timers away ;) :)

i am of course kidding, in fact it was the whole yob culture thing that kept me away from football for ages. it was only after i lived with two 'proper' football fans in manchester that i truly started to appreciate the beautiful game.

I like hoolaganism, when in the comfort and safety of my rocking chair and slippers at home when watching the news. It looks really fun.

You know what, I installed max payne 2 yesterday, and started playing, I took off my watch for extra manoverability and complety got engrossed in the game, which resulted in my missing most of the England game :-//

I caught the last 20 mins though, which was quite exciting. The commentators said Englands play wasn't so great though :(

But a beautiful win! Yoohoo!

Any predictions for tonights game against the Croatians? I know we will win, and I forsee me shouting obscene things at the TV is Heskey if allowed on the pitch!

For all you people who don't know, this is Heskey (spends most of his time lying on the floor rather than playing football on a professional level):

4 brilliant goals as well - bring on the Portugese!! Will be difficult though, against the 'home team'.

Anybody get pissed off with commentator Motty banging on about who we play in the next round before the match even finished?
