I'm going. I'm not sure what my game plan is gonna be yet. Both my brother (underage) and cousin are coming with me, so I have to plan accordingly. The only bar I've been to before in that area is the Bottom Lounge, which is about a block from the venue. It might get a little crowded there though, since I'm sure there will be plenty of people pre-gaming there.

I wore the shirt to most of the shows I attended in 07. I was doing a lot of meetups that year, so it made sense at the time. I retired the shirt (thank god).

Random thought. I cant remember their names, but I wonder if those two guys from Texas are going to make the trek to Chicago again. They've been really loyal to the Chemical Brothers since the beginning. I remember one of the guys had a list of all the Chem shows they have seen over the years, and I believe the only tour they missed out on was Push the Button. I think they were Beastie Boy fans as well. If this person is you, give a shout out and let us know you're there.

Not sure about any pre-game meetup just yet. I most likely will make it down there around 6-7pm maybe sooner if I'm lucky.

Chicago doing some good ticket sales with The Chemical Brothers as their main headliner. Hopefully this bodes well for future gigs in our fine city!!!

I'll arrive between 5 and 6. I'm not in any rush to get there since I've never heard of Orchard Lounge. I'll definitely be seeing both Pauls. Maybe I'll hang around after the Paul van Dyk show at that stage instead of going over to Pretty Lights since I don't have any interest in seeing them and also to make sure I get a good spot for the Chems.

Weather looks good for Friday, not hot and more importantly, no rain. Rain in Chicago Wednesday and Thursday but
hopefully it won't be enough to muddy up the field. I definitely want to check out Paul Van Dyk and some of Pretty Lights,
but getting a good spot for the Chems is top priority.
