Don't forget that the announcement of the new iPhone is just around the corner and according to the rumors the screen has a very high amount of pixels. What better way to show that off than with HD videos to accompany it. Then again I guess it could just upscale to 720i handy enough...

I was wondering if any of you were planning on staying up until midnight for the release of the iTunes pass?
I was thinking about it, but then I realized I'd have to stay up later to dig into the first pass installment. Then I'd be compelled to talk about it, and then it would be waaaaay past my bedtime, and I get up at a quarter to 6 every morning as it is so I'd be dead tired for work. So I don't know!!

why do u.s peeps get all these extras?!?!?!
i mean here and the uk its released on the 14th (11th here) on itunes LP, which ive never seen but is supposed to be pretty worthless. so why dont we get the extra track?

yep. there was a great how to guide on getting u.s itunes content on a blog somewhere
get a friend in america to buy you a prepaid visa/mastercard in a convenience store somewhere.
use that to register an itunes account using the address of the convenience store.
add the prepaid visa/mastercard to your new itunes address and download.
it also works with itunes cards, but they must be bought in the u.s then have someone send you the card or email you the number on the back....

I hate iTunes, and I refuse to use it just because the everybody else has iPhones and drinks pear cider. I don't understand the world I live in, and I've given up trying to fight it.

agreed, i buy the physical album. if they decide to release the "download only" tracks on a disc i would also buy them but paying for MP3's is not an option for me.
