I just noticed the similiarities between 'surface to air' and 'the modern age' by the Strokes. Was wondering if its a coincidence, a sample, or the result of influence.

If You will find more and more You could find many songd similar to others. That linked song is just standard disco/dance song like was many in 80/90. Nothing more. Why You see similarity in this????
