forum is slow today and for me the whole "thechemicalbrothers-com"-adress was not reachable for - i don't know - 1h our something

hm, I haven't discovered such problems today. it has repeatedly been slow in the past few days but only on certain times of the day where a page would not load rapidly. also the main site was working without problems.

Hmmm. Load times are a bit quirky for me too today and a little bit yesterday.

Don't know if the email thing is working for my profile or not. The last time I received any emails was when Champi contacted me a few months ago about having lost his account during the spam sweeps/cleanup.

I think the email thing needs to be looked into, though.

I also sent one to BWTGE and I guess he didn't get it either. At least we can tell people what we think of them without repercussion :P

I know people say that it only broke a few weeks ago, but I mentioned this in March http://forum.thechem...post__p__198907, at least for me, it broke during the first update.

Computer still says no, Whirly. I will let you know if the status is to change. But I recall you sent me that message back in January regarding anType which I have also received well and in the meantime I have received a number of other messages also.

The problems are still spotty and still need a bit of work. Thanks so much to you and everyone else for testing this stuff out! I hope this helps the admins figure out some fixes!

Probably it only works for some of us and for others won't, not in terms of receiving but in terms of being able to send messages. Could also be the case of temporary blackouts. Hope we are getting this fixed :)

However, in general I would like to address here that I am quite happy with the forum. I's 5 months now since I have returned and I really enjoy being back here. We got over the massive spam wave well, the forum is available and works well most of the time and in case of double posting that might be due to slowly responding pages here and there but could also be caused by bad internet connection. So, it's cool being here, thanks to admins, hosts and all those making this possible :)

It looks like moderators are getting emails but others aren't. Maybe there is a setting in admin that needs changing.
