The Chemical Brothers Live at Rock Werchter 2011 on Thursday, June 30th

Rock Werchter tickets will go on sale on Saturday December 4th 2010.

I hope they'll come to Main Square Festival, like in 2008 (generally the artists are the same in Wrechter and at Main Square). If they don't, then I'll go to Werchter.

Like over an year after Roundhouse it's coming to Belgium. So a 2 hour drive an € 76,-. Should have gone to the Roundhouse. With no Dutch gigs I'll be at Werchter (for like the kabillionth time with the Chems there)

You don't get the point my dear sir. They got Iron Maiden to perform on that day, you see what ? A mythic band whose career started more than 30 years ago and stuf...but they fucking put black eyed peas as the closer ! Could you imagine that from a festival called "rock" Werchter to insult Iron Maiden (and all their fans) this way ? This festival was formerly known as "best festival in the world" and now you have a band which makes what can barely be called music...well what can NOT be called music, as headliner.
Everybody was disappointed by this annoucement (just read the comments on the festival's facebook page), it clearly is a bad idea.

Werchter has always been considered as a great festival, the "best festival" thing was a self-advert. But it sure was one of the greatests (and I wouldn't say that there's one festival which is better than every other).

I've been to werchter before and it's not the best festival in my opinion (thats still lowlands for me!) but nontheless, joslyn and i are deffo going! hooray!

I'm not sure but I'll probably try to go too. But only on the first day (thursday) to see the Chems cause I'm more likely to be at main square on the three other days.
