I don't really like the Huntemann rmx either... very dull imo. But then again I really don't like 'minimal' stuff like that.
If I had access to the samples and parts, I would remix Do It Again into an acid-riddled 4am breakbeat chugger.

I've finally heard the new mixes. I really enjoy the bass driven Oliver Huntemann Remix, but the Audion's House Arrest Mix doesn't do much for me. So this is minimal? I guess potentially it might sound okay in the right DJ mix, but it's not for me.
In general I think there have been several awesome remixes of the Chemical Brothers' work. I don't know if the Huntemann remix will age as one of the great ones, but I'm certainly digging it now while it's fresh.
I'm not in a rush to get the Huntemann Dub; I like the remix as it is with a bit of vocals.

@mx - you're wrong, ANH was great. However, the re-released-because-I-need-money-and-to-enhance-my-vision Lucas version blew chunks.
Screw that horrible CG jabba dammit.
and I will protest to the end: han shot first.
Anyway, on to more important things.

No way, mx! Bad - nah. Cheesy in parts and a bit dated, fair enough. The original Star Wars was the best!! Fond memories seeing that on opening day waaay back when, it was the first movie I saw in a theater. Empire Strikes Back was great too, but light speed ahead of Return of the Jedi. I'm not going to even touch the prequels, they just pale to my childhood memories.
I'm with evermin on this one. Han.shot.first.
OK OK, thread completely derailed. Sorry!!

I like the Daft Punk remix of Life is Sweet, the 2nd Underworld remix of Leave Home(the one with the quiet parts where the "Brother's gonna work it out sample" comes in), the Micronauts remix of BRB, the Trisco mix of Star Guitar and the Ewan Pearson remix of Golden Path.
The Oliver Huntemann remix (the one I've heard anyway) is very average indeed imo, but then I don't expect much from remixers nowadays. I thought most of the PTB remixes were poor.

What does the song "Do it Again" mean? Anyone?
Here is my interpretation of it from a while back:
For those of you having a hard time with the way the lyrics are delivered, think about this: there is something sinister and twisted about what's being said here. For those of you that have blown your brain and you've reached that point of saturation - you've had ups, downs, sideways and every physical and mental state where the night starts towing the line of going horribly horribly wrong... and the next day, when you're hung over or cracked out thinking "I ain't never doin' that sh*t again, I was too f*cked up, never ever ever again" and the next weekend or opportunity arises and there you are, doing it again, getting f*cked up, throwing caution to the wind, pushing yourself to that limit and f*ck it all to hell how you feel the next day because now is the moment... that is what the song is.... (it's)telling you to do it again, and from of the corner of your eye in that dark, dirty club, you can see the whites of that sinister grin (of the song) flashing at you.

Also, for more illumination on the subject, The Chemical Brothers talk about Do It Again in one of the interview clips found this this thread:

yeah, that's kind of how i interpreted it too. once you're pissed, you pray to the porcelain god and you mumble "god help me, what have i done. i'm not doing this again"... then the following weekend you're Doing It Again.
completely agree.
