We were about 25 metres back, right in the middle and everyone was really cool. Better sound in front of the mixing desk and not as many eejits. More room to dance and the lasers look better too ( sad I know ! )

Went to Basement Jaxx on the Saturday which had 3 times as many people at it , 5 times as many tossers and a 1/4 as good a band.

They were good but nowhere near up to T&E standards. I know I am biassed but my mates who are quite big Basement Joke ( copyright BG ) fans thought Friday was much better.

Roll on Dec 3rd

man, i know i'm draggin this back from the dead but only because i missed reading it before now. I had a short video on my phone, surprisingly good quality but it was stolen shortly after the gig.

I still remember this like it was yesterday...you always remember your first!...that damn clown is still etched in my mind "YOU ARE ALL MY CHILDREN NOW"!!

Was such a brilliant night, except for the pushing and the lack of an encore. This was undoubtedly the highlight of the year.

On a sidenote: Foxyboy, you said:

"but i did meet another friend.. a guy from Donegal said that the gig wasnt exactly the best.. said he was at the Point Depot gig and he said it was alot better.."

Don't suppose his name was Flanagan?
