pal is slightly better than ntsc right, cause of its resultion difference and the scan lines that it produces?

I only know NTSC ;)
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

The difference between ntsc and pal is that ntsc runs at 60 hrtz and pal runs at 50 hrtz basically ntsc updates it's picture quicker than pal. If you could tell me why you want to now which is better i could answer the question in greater detail as none is really better than the other unless you play videogames where the difference shows in games that havent been optimised to run on pal tv's.
