Funny that a lot of people seem to have complained that a rush's art was boring because it was black & white but i thought it was great.... idony know apparently the artwork will reveal some hidden message. I wounder how this is going to work, probably linking up the artwork with the singls i guess?

Na, there better than Radiohead I think. Saying that there is to much hype and X&Y, everyone seems to think it will be the best album ever, It will be good but not as good as the hype makes out. I cant remember where I herd that its apprentally very influenced by Kraftwerk(may of read that on here :? ).

if the new coldplay album is to be the best album ever we'll have a new best album ever with every year, then.

coldplay IMO recorded some really excellent, big songs. but that doesn't make them bigger than radiohead.

i just appreciate their activities to support fair world trade
love is all.

Coldplay have nothing on Radiohead.

*Starts Chanting* "Radiohead forever, Coldplay Never!"

And if you think Coldplay are bad, you should see Muse. :?

you can say what you like about all these bands but they do sell. and i know thats a bad comment to make after the forbidden band begginging with B sold alot, but i dont mind muse. and im seeing coldplay at crystal palace and do not at all agree with whats been said, they are a great band and i look forward to the new album (not the art tough, what is going on!!!)

and whoever said coldplay were better than Radiohead, needs a damn good kicking! Radiohead are one of the most phenomenal bands in the world, second only to The Chems they have produced hundreds of outstanding tracks and never fail to bang out high quality music time after time.

Just can't see the appeal of Coldplay though. They're headlining the main stage at Glasto yet again and I honestly can't for the life of me see why. Not that it bothers me, as there are so many other things to see and do, but I just don't get what makes them so popular.

Now, of those three bands, Radiohead is far and away the best and most interesting. However, neither Coldplay nor Muse are bad at all. 'A Rush of Blood to the Head' is, with the exception of about two really boring, go-nowhere songs, a fantastic album. Muse, I'm not too familiar with, but I did see them live last fall and they put on a pretty damn good live show. Had never heard a single song before the concert (or since, for that matter), but I thought they were better than most of what makes the radio play around here.
