Thanks Whirly, glad you like the review, you're more than welcome... :)

I also wrote the first review of the Come With Us Tour and Push The Button tour.... lost somewhere in the archives in the internet! ;)

My personal highlights were "Saturate", "Believe", "Nude Night", "Surface to Air" and the ending track. The sheer power of those really took me for a ride.

Though it might interest some of you guys to see the general response from clubbers in these parts (ie people who don't hang out on Chems forums but still go to their gig!)... The following are two biggest nightlife forums in NZ:

(oh, and if you wanna see my face, go to biggie.co.nz and I'm the left guy on the title picture of the Chem Bros photo album. Unfortunately you gotta be registered to see all the photos in full size)

Thanks for the review XPNDR. I'm with you on missing some of the old tunes... The EBWs, especially.

The first time I saw the Chems in 2002, that synth riff from Setting Sun burned permanently in my brain, and I do miss hearing it live.

But I do enjoy the new moments they've created. :)

He don't need no music sheets,
but with a snip-snip-snippy-snip
gave his mop a chop,
Old man hairstyles are a flop.
