"The Orange Box comes out for the PS3 next week."
DO NOT GET IT FOR PS3.
If you want The Orange Box, you need to get it for PC. The PC has superior online. Team Fortress 2 is quite populated online on PC, compared to XBox Live which barely even has any people playing it. PS3 will most definitely be even less popular.

I guess if you think about it, the only thing the PC version has is a more stable community for TF2. All the Half-Life 2 games are still classy and Portal is a lot of fun for puzzle junkies...
I never even answered what my favorite video game is...
I guess for nostalgia and all-around dependency, any of the non-spinoff Pokémon games.

seriously, it's easier to remove 2 feet of someones small intestine than it is to remove whirly from the computer.
the PS3 is fuckin' great tho', for that... I've managed to play Call of Duty 4 online every night for the past 2 weeks. When I have to share the computer, I have to wait until like 11pm when she goes to bed to get my game on.

Just finished F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate, which I liked. Everybody's bitching about this game but the atmosphere was 10x better then the other expansion: Extraction Point. And SlowMo is (still) cool. Next up: Crysis, Clive Barker's Jericho and Gears of War.

Dude, don't bother with Jericho, it was ass... a waste of a download, even.
The AI is moronic, both the enemies and your squads, the 'sp0000ky psychic powers' nearly useless and the graphics suck. The creature design on the enemies is very Clive Barker, but you never really get to see them. Basicly you kill them before you ever get a good look at em.

"The delay in the mega game’s release has hurt Take-Two financially as it burns through cash and attempts to cut costs by restructuring its operations.
Take-Two had $61.62 million in cash at the end of July, down from $138.15 million at the end of January."

finally finished the orange box, $60 (actually $40, it was on sale) well spent. I can't wait for the next Half Life. HL2 Episode 2 was crazy. But that Portal game was soooooo much fun. Hilarious at the end, very comical.
On to Assassin's Creed.
Also, might get myself Bioshock, its on sale at Best Buy for $40

Aw, Bosco, Bioshock is the shiznitz!
Orange Box was good, too. I'd already played all the HL games, and portal, on the PC, but I got it for the PS3 just to play TF2 and re-play all the others. Actually, those are the first games I've replayed in ages, like 10 years probably.
I can't wait to see Ep. 3
