I wasn't into Transformers. It was one craze that passed me by.

The movie looks EXTREME!!!! the way only a Michael Bay movie could look. I will see it because my son wants to see it, but it will take me everything not sit through the entire flick mutter the words to The End of an Act from the Team America soundtrack.

*pearl harbor sucked... a little bit more than I love youuuuuuu*

I´m going to the premiere, it's going probably to suck but the action scenes,Megan Fox and Optimus Fucking Prime are worth the ticket.

Man, my hair is standing on end. I loved the Transformers. Wow.

This movie is either going to be the biggest hit ever, or I'm going to hear Michael Bay suck wind from thousands of miles away.

Jeez i hope it doesn't suck.

That clip looks pretty cool. Hopefully the CGI is flawless on a big screen.

Ha, I will admit that I am secretly in love with Bad Boys II. So I have no problem with some Michael Bay with extra cheese. And I'm with Joslyn - I fucking LOVE The Rock.

But I'm also a film snob - isn't Schindler's List a brilliant film?

Michael Bay = Suck

Lips on Optimus = Lame

Transformers movie focusing on humans instead of giant bad-ass transforming alien robots = Dumb

Still...

Peter Cullen is voicing Optimus Prime, so we know they got at least one thing right.

The trailers look incredible. The scene with Starscream transforming in mid air makes me feel like I am eight years old again. I'm going to see it and hope for the best. Maybe, just maybe, it will be as awesome as it has the potential to be.

Optimus Primus has LIPS ?!

But he's a fucking truck turned into robot!

Robots don't have Lips! They are made from steel!

I dont see the It Doesnt Matter Robots having lips

Hopefully the final cut will have the lips removed. Unfortunately, in early screenings, people reported that Optimus does indeed have lips in the film. In most scenes, he has the face shield up covering the lips.

Don't hate the messenger...blame Michael Bay! :)

Seriously, I'm sure this movie will rock, lips or no lips.

People!

Finaly i have seen The Movie after years of waiting!

The cinema was sold out , and all the people there were older than me , all people who came in their transformers t shirts , people who grew up with the show like me!

Ok. the movie. [ SPOILERS! ]

Its cheese. Its corn. It has cheesy music. It has Optimus Prime who reminded me of the Ents ( trees ) in LOTR ( Altho they used the original Optimus Voice! ) It has cheesy love scenes between the ( very fit !! ) girl and the boy, it has cheesy ( but funny! ) jokes in it. BIG CHEESE.

But lets not forget....thats exactly how the TV show was!

The robots where WAY to modern too.

But.

People.

They looked SO fucking awesome! Graphic Violence :D Eye Candy to the max! It just looks SO wicked. When Optimus Prime came for the first time into the film , the people in the audience went like " Whoohoow! yeah!" that was wicked.

The scene where Optimus fights with Megatron is awesome.

And when Bumblebee is captured its so sad! I like bumblebee!

Anyway. Big Cheese , But visually the most spectaculair movie ive ever seen.

And optimus doesnt have lips! More like a mouth of iron.

Verdict : Cheese. But the Cheese tastes VERY , VERY good.

In fact , i want to have some more of that delicious cheese!

I saw it this week, too.

I agree with Jeanie. The action scenes were some of the best visuals, if not THE best visuals, I've ever seen in a movie.

Covered with cheese.

*sigh*

I'm totally and utterly disappointed. Listing the problems would take pages. Oh well.

However, I wasn't expecting much from Michael I-Suck Bay.

I finally saw it. Can't believe people don't like it.

you can't be snobby about a movie like this. in the context, the character development was fine. The comedic elements set the tone quite well. and yeah.. the robot fights are the best thing ever.

He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

We're going to take our son to see this today. He's really excited, and woke me up at 7 this morning to tell me how excited he was.

I'm not expecting much, I'm just expecting a cheesy Michael Bay flick with some good action to keep my eyes entertained while I'm stuffing my face with popcorn. Going to the movies with my son is always fun, regardless of whether the movie is good or not.

I figure as long as I'm not expecting much, then I won't be disappointed. :)
