OT: Kasabian Live DVD available November 7th!

Live DVD release

08.Sep.2005.

Kasabian will release Live from Brixton Academy as a live DVD on 7th November - the show which has been available as a digital-only audio lp since July this year.

Filmed at Brixton Academy on 15th December 2004, the gig is presented in 5.1 Surround Sound, and teh DVD will also feature a documentary entitled 'Expanding the Empire', which follows the band across a Japanese tour and on their first visit to America.

The band are currently on tour with Oasis in the US/Canada.

Oh hell yes!!! Massive kudos to the lads. :-D

anyway, cool news! I heard some bootlegs from Kasabian, the sound quality was awesome. can't wait to check the 5.1 sound!

I will definitely be picking this up. Kasabian are one of those bands I instantly fell in love with and again, I can't thank you all enough for recommending them to me all those months ago. :D

They put on an fantastic live set when I saw them so I'm sure the dvd will be a nice memento.

Hmmmm..... Kasabian seem to be a popular choice for football movies.

'Club Foot' features in the trailers to both Goal! The Movie, about a Mexicano kid trying to earn a co-ntract at Newcastle and in Green Street, Elijah Wood's new film about West Ham football hooligans.

And I think a bird just flew into the side of my house. :D
