You know it makes sense. Even if you dont like it its still good to here a different version of PTB. PTB is perfect how it is though, but i do enjoy a good remix. I like the way of FTS that there have used guessed vocalists on the tracks and used lyrics from a Beatles song(I think?) on STA.

I didn't mind it either, definitely worth a listen. Some songs seemed to capture a bit of the older big beat chemical sound into the songs. It was good for me cause I found PTB to be the weakest chem bros album so it was interesting to hear the remixes. Nothing special though.

SSSST!

DISCUSSION IS CLOSED!!!

I will give it a good objective listen one of these days. From what i heard , i really didnt like The Boxer. I dint hear any simliarities with the real one and it couldn't hold my attention. Hold tight London is okay for the start. Come inside has a funky cowbell. Dont like Galvanize and Left Right ( That song made me nervous :O)

First off, don't fucking listen to it... you shouldn't encourage any random wanker to fuck about with the chemical brothers... it's like letting people photoshop the Mona Lisa...

Second of all, new people, by definition, suck ass. If they didn't suck ass, they would have been here a long time ago. If they're just now coming around, then they're PTB bandwagon jumpers, or just really, really slow, i.e., retarded.

that's all, of course, just in my humble opinion.

what's the opposite of PLUR? lessee.... peace, love, unity, respect.... hmm... war, hate, antagonism, disrespect... hmm, WHAD... if you pronounce it 'wad' I kind of like that...

I was just kidding, btw, welcome to the forums.

The thing is though it doesnt take a big name dj to pull off a good remix, alot of them end up doing shit remixes. It doesnt matter who remixes aslo as the end result is good even if they are randoms theres still some good remixes, the big jump remix really kicks ass.
