I have a Roland Juno 106, a synth massively used by daft punk (Rollin & Scratchin, Rock & Roll), the chems (Out of Control, Under the Influence, Hey Boy Hey Girl, Chemical Beats, and much more). I also had an Alesis SR16 Drummachine before, but it's shit

getting a Korg Ms2000BR woot woot! Lost a lot of my synths to college money needed but starting to earn it back. Also have a korg mono/poly. Mostly a guitar player so a lot in that area regarding guitars and some trippy effects

MPC 2000XL (drums, yo)

DX27 (like the DX7 but older and if you program it properly, it is the king)

berhinger Bcr midi controller

An electrix (i think) delay unit, also does flange and stuff, but the delay makes me diewith awesomeness.

MC-505 (old, but again if you use it right, it sounds hilariously good.)

Some monitors. (KRK, yo!)

some other crap here and there.

and then me and my mate are right into the software side of tihngs as well, we use a shitload of software plugins, for FX and Synthetic sounds, some of our favourite plugins include:

Mini moog (one of the best in my opinion)

V-station

FM7 (similar to DX7 hardware synth)

Novation Bass Station

and heaps of other obscure ones.

then we use a combination of the following to compile our external and internal sounds into a full song:

Pro tools

FL Studio

Ableton Live (also sync this up to our gear when we play live)

having looked at that, we need to buy some more gear

Yeah, there was a topic on the old forum called Studio Tech Talk. It was one of the last threads I posted in before the site migration. I went browsing through the Chemical Talk forum but I can't figure out what happened to the thread (or else I'd link it).

All I have is a slightly corrupted version of ACID Pro 5, ReBirth, and an old version of Cool Edit.

I really would like to to get some proper hardware, or even software, and a midi keyboard.

Mmmmm MS2000, it makes me excited. I want one. i wish i had moneys to get a house full of synths. then again, id probably be so overwhelmed i wouldnt know which one to grope.

The mc-505 is a classic!! that thing is amazing for its time, and if you get a nice mem card for it, youre right up there with the rest of em.
