Maybe because I'm a woman, but I kind of feel sorry for this girl. How about men who nail every girl in town, do they have bad reps too? It sounds like, given her "slutty" reputation, most guys who go for it use and dump her - because that's what they know of her and that's all she knows. If she's fucked around with every guy in town it's probably because nobody's ever treated her like a lady, they string her along to get what they want then dump her and as a result she's got self esteem issues. That's sad - great way to make a human being feel like trash.
At least be a gentleman and text the girl back, be honest and say you were a bit pissed, apologize for leading her on and stuff - then be on your merry way. Or if you want to go out with her, show her a good time, take her out and treat her like a lady. Or just go to the fair and play spot-the-carnies! ;)
