49. The Avalanches ? Since I Left You

This is an INCREDIBLE album! 8)

I'm actually listening to it right now. I didn't appreciate it much at first. I was on a long car ride recently, however and I gotta say that it is incredible and definitely should be higher up on the list. I won't lose much sleep on it though, because the list is kinda crap with all those hip-hop and non-dance genres being on there

I must defend him for a moment. Eninem, whether you like him or not has got some mad crazy rappin skillz yo. I've heard him rap off the cuff innit and I was blown! Dis boiz got skillz I tells ya. Well, he did, and then he started 'singing' in his songs and the tunes went all to shit. Wanker.

Eminem is teh win.

Certainly better than a lot of the names on that list, like, oh, Daft Punk, Wu-Tang Clan and Basement Jaxx.

yes, his last album sucked, but his second and third are timeless classics.

I will have no ill spoken of the Wu-Tang Clan.

But yes, Em has skillz. Too bad he can't write a hook anymore.

I'd rather have the Beastie Boys' Paul's boutique instead of Eminem... I think it influenced way more then The Slim Shady (Maybe without The B Boys and te Dust Bros we wouldn't have the chems today ?)

Good call, Ben.

I might catch flak for this but I think Eminem has his place in that list too. I'm not a big fan of his, he really needs to get over his mother and his on again off again angst toward his wife/ex wife/baby's mama - sort himself out. But I think he's good at what he does, he worked hard to prove himself in a tough crowd.

Basement who?

I'd completely forgetten about them, was never much a Basement listener in the first place though I found a couple of tracks off Remedy to be quite catchy.
