We're going to have to wait and see if a DVD comes out - I would buy it yesterday if there was a DVD available. I would love it if all their viddies were on DVD too but that's a whole n'other Christmas wish. Anyway, there was mention of it in the Ask Tom and Ed portion of the site. Someone posed the question to them and mentioned the cameras at that show you were talking about (was that you?) Tom replied, and there was no definitive answer only to quote "watch this space." Not to assume or anything, but my guess is that there probably is something in the works, (unless they hired cameramen to film their shows just for the sake of having relaly expensive home movies to show the grandkids) the Chems are being understandably elusive so as not to be held against their word if nothing comes of it. *But* they have mentioned in the past that if and when they do produce a DVD they want to make sure they supervised its production so the sound quality would be up to par with their standards. So between making their own tunes, producing, touring, family etc. a live DVD will take some time, especially if they were to be submersed in the production aspects of it.
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

hey,i was at the mississsauga show too,i also saw a million cameras.i was standing right in front of the sound engineer.wicked show, i kept looking back at the video screens by the people doing the lights(veggies??) and they showed close-ups of tom and the keyboards and visuals(diff moniters each) .dvd would be wicked,my friends+me were talking during settingsun(tiring track) about how they must be making dvd or live broadcast and that it would be cool .also ,at that show i won $50 off one of my friends(after starguitar i bet they'd play sunhshine underground ,he bet piku :) .woot go DVD!!!!!! (everything, everything, hint, hint)

i heard some rumours that their probably next album is a live one and it will come out on cd, dvd, mc, vcd and vhs but i'm not 100% sure that it's true. there also were rumors that they are about to release 4cd set of: 1) best of, 2) best of b-sides, 3) best of remixed, 4) best of remixes. What i mean that 3) is their stuff remixed by others and 4) is others' stuff remixed by Chems. But i think it's also just a rumour
see, what i just found on the last page of threads, not being replier for 2,5 years now! excellent rumours, anType, ain't 'em? or did you dream about those and made them rumours? X-D
PTB no live album, then... and who's talkin' about VCDs or VHS nowadays anymore? that 4-CD-set would be nice, anyway
love is all.

I have all b-sides on my singles. I don't need them!! :D hehe, but a nice thing would be to put on cd all recordings that originally appera only on vinyls - early stuff of dust brothers and ariel. Electronic Battle Weapons 1 and 3 too, ofcourse! :D

I recorded all the best b-sides on one cdr, but i know that original thing is nothing to compare with homemade cd, ofcourse. :)
Ha, I put up all my chems songs up for download so all the nice people could download 'm for free instead of paying big bucks to the record company. Eat that!
