It's always cool meeting people on this forum in person. There's at least 5 members on this forum that are making the trip to the bowl. (and counting)

We can all meet up in person right before the show and maybe get a few drinks and stuff.

Siphilon - it's so great you're planning on coming to the show, the more the merrier!

Forum people are always up for meeting other forum people. It would be cool to meet up beforehand somehow. The people I've met on here over the years have been so awesome!

Me, stash and our son plan to be at the show. How soon before the gig we'll be up in Hollywood, it's too early to say. I assume the logistics will work themselves out the sooner we get to the date.

I tried getting in touch with my friend who is an LA native to see if he had any ideas for places to stay around the venue but I never heard back from him. I'm not at all familiar with that area. I am thinking the after-show drive back to Orange County for me and the fam would be a total drag - so I've been entertaining the idea of getting a hotel. It might be a good idea for out of towners to buddy up on the hotel thing, too - save a few bucks and save a long drive back to where ever. Plus, hotel parties are always fun.

@Biff: That's going to be a crazy weekend for me, hombre. One of my best friends is getting married on the 28th, the day before the show. I'm likely going to be in the wedding, although he hasn't asked yet. Then again, his fiance is, and I'm not being insincere or exaggerating, a huge bitch and he might not even go through with it... I'll have to see exactly how everything goes down. SO EXCITING!

If you guys are driving down the day of, no question--I'll be able to go. HOWEVER--I start law school THE NEXT DAY. I mean, just bad timing. I'm actually really excited to start law school.

Oh man, that is quite a pickle. Starting school the next day...?

If you can't make it, it's easy to see why. I sure hope you can make it to Hollywood, though. It's really pressing for time. I wouldn't be able to do it if I were in your shoes but then again I'm pushing 40 and I tire easily these days.

As for your friend? Steer clear of Bridezilla until after the wedding!

Your screwed ......and I don't mean that in a bad way, but to do a wedding, a Chems show, and your first day of school in 3 days, Man!
