The screenprints on the covers of cds from 'Surrender' and 'Come with us' era are by Kate Gibb, and very nice they are as well :) .
I think Blue Source have something to do with the artwork as well.

Kate Gibb is at Blue Source as far as I know...
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

there's a book out now at www.turntablelab.com that has all the chemical brothers artwork by blue source. do check it out. it's under the "open ballistics" section...
