my 2p worth
2 many dj. there the ones who play all the cheasy pop with commercial dance right?? they don't sound very inspiring to me, but if i catch them at homelands i will go with an open mind
dave clarke. seen him take over the decks after the chems a couple of times. technically a wizzard on the deck. i've heard him using the effects on a pioneer mixer to devestating effect. also the sound he can produce by choping a tune up, by doing what we call 'drop outs' is fantastic. although his fast paced techno is not my cup of tea!!
sasha. stunning whenever i have seen him. plus he normally gets sent exclusive productions by the chems for road testing, and i'm not talking EBW!! what more can i say
andrew weatherall. dunno, but i'd like to find out!! we all know the history he has with the chems
go and see sasha and/or wearherall

well the chems did not give sasha a tune for his next global underground mix cd. all the artists involved on that cd have contributed 'bits of music' or 'parts'. i reckon though anything he has put together for the GU project will be in his record box.
then again the chemical 5 must be in the finishing stages by now, so i dare say sasha will be given some exclusive shit to play in his sets

2 many djs
thought dave clarke calling their mix album jive bunny was a bit harsh but it doesn't stand up to many repeated listens I have to say....fair play for their eclectic mix up of gubbins but I dunno.....as amusing as it is to hear dolly parton mixed with royksopp it soon wears off...
dave clarke
agree with sneaker here - brilliant dj bit a bit too quick for me....plays some tastey electro too..
sasha
hmmm - a legend def and a brilliant dj - not a massive prog person myself and I've heard him drop some hideous cheese at large events BUT in a small club he can really rock it
andrew weatherall
ahh wevvers - with mips on this one, great producer - he does play some groovy sh1t - check the social album he did with fearless.....wicked stuff but I'm not feeling that whole dark electro thing he does with tenniswood....just sounds like slow d&b which def doesn't tickle my biscuit
