I really, really enjoyed the Ewan Pearson remix of The Golden Path. I like how he brought out the chorus "you are forgiven". Actually, it's one of my favorite remixes of a Chems song. The sticking point for me was when I saw the Chems dj and they played that version. It was such a great moment!

The Get Yourself High remixes are all right... not my favorites in this case as nothing beats the original, but if I had to choose I think I'd go with the Switch remix.
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

Couldn't have said it better. I've really never been impressed with too many of the remixes of Chems work that other artists have done (even artists I normally enjoy). Rare exceptions incl. Leave Home (Underworld Mix 1), Elektrobank (Dust Brothers mix), and the Ewan Pearson Golden Path mixes.

I have to agree with both of you, but I would add the Micronauts remixes of BRB to that list.

This remixes representing todays trends in music. There is no breakbeat, just techno, house and so on...This all is very thin...

I think you're right equinoxe.

I also like the Trisco mix of Star guitar.

Hmmmm, i rather like Peter Heller's 303 Dub mix, because he create some kind of trans in this mix, espeially those fine synthesizer sequenzed sounds. Briliant. I like one's more mix: Music: Repsonse (Gentleman Thief Mix), it has fine beats in it.

Yes it's good remix 8) I also like very much Life is Sweet (Remix 1), because it has breakbeat rhythm from upcoming (then) Elektrobank, but in slower tempo. ;-)

most of the newer remixes of chems tracks are average but not better. if they're not able to find good remixers or just get remixes like the ones that are being released... they'd better give us live versions of their songs or unreleased material.
love is all.

I think Ewan's mixes are the only remixes of the Chems that I have liked as much or more than the original works. It is just to hard to top the Chemical Brothers.
