What do Tom and Ed take for headaches? I suppose that's a fair question considering how loud and disorienting their gigs are!

DaiBoy - not really sure how you'd go about getting something signed, really. I suppose it boils down to luck. There have been people who posted here who managed to catch them after a gig (thesouphead comes to mind... though this was several years ago). Ed signed his ticket stub. There was a giveaway through... I *think* it was Newbury comics... where some autographed pieces were being given away with copies of albums. Then there's always ebay...

As for scary clown pics - your best bet is to sift through Flickr, google, etc. and see what catches your eye. I'd say head over to the Live portion of thechemicalbrothers.com and look at the photos fans took from the gigs... but unfortunately that seems to have gone away. :(

When you do find the pic you want, print it out and carry it around in your wallet for a good long time before you get a scary clown tatooed on your body!!

Q: i've been scouring the 'net and haven't had much luck, i've been wondering what the VOCAL sample in Star Guitar is (goes something like "you should feel what i feel, you should take what i take"), any ideas? (i'm sorry if this has already been answered, i'm tired and must have over-looked it.)

The vocals in Star Guitar are not a vocal sample. "You should feel what I feel, you should take what I take" was written by the Chemical Brothers and sang by Beverley Skeete who can be found on the liner notes and various web sources. I read also years ago that Tom Rowlands also sang that vocal as well but I can't find anything about that to save my life, so maybe I just dreamt that.

Where are the tracks "Hey Riff" and "Dusted Decks" (in the tracklist of "In Glint") from ? (axcept in this mix album, they have never been released, have they ?)

Do the hems use "real" drums or a drum machine to make their big beats ?

@Whirls--I think you might be thinking of The Sunshine Underground. Either T or E did the vocals for that beautiful, beautiful track. :)

No, I wasn't confusing Sunshine Underground and Star Guitar.

I know there's an interview with them somewhere that confirms this, so I'm not totally losing my mind ;) But I'm hard pressed to spend the last couple of minutes of my lunch hour trying to track it down.

I worked!

Boring, nothing but rain!

Great for those who are kickin'it at home!

Went to Ikea for some good buys! got some drawers for the bedroom for 1/2 the price, and the usual 2 hotdog + chips + drink for 2.50.

Fuck yea, Ikea food is the best! I had Meatballs chips and a drink for $3.00 a while ago. Didn't end up buying anything else :P.

Can someone post the old search link on this sticky? I would search for it, but, there's ...uh...no search feature.

Or, would a mod consider adding the old search link as it's own sticky?

Thanks guys.

-------------(ends serious questions)------------

Oh yeah. Are the Chems really brothers? Will they let me contact them directly to use one of their samples? Can we has a live DVD?
