N. Europe is hardly the sagging genitalia! It's quite high ranking on the United Naitons HDI index methinks. And the summer months with the extended daylight hours more than make up for the loss of sunlight in the winter. Makes for good all night parties. 8) Plus don't you guys get the Northern Lights up there?
