Hey apostle! *waves*
To get this thread off-track - Idiocracy was freaking hilarious. I've seen it so many times. "Ow my balls"
I wonder how anType is doing these days - love the bits of info and insight he brings to the forum when he stops by and hopefully he'll make another appearance soon.

I know I've mentioned this before, but check out Steve Miller Band's "Space Intro" before the song "Fly like and Eagle"....it's very Scale-ish. As a matter of fact, a local radio station played "space intro" one night, and I mistaken it for "Scale". I got all excited thinking "wow, my radio station played a Chemical Brothers tune b-side?"

Bosco, had a listen and agree Scale does have quite a few similiarities to the Space Intro. Hmm.
I see TJtheDJ put in a nice review up at the iTunes store (US) for the B-Sides vol. 1. :D Not many reviews up but all are GOOD so far. Yay!
As for Vol. 2, it can be fun to speculate but it's a little early for me to wrack my brain over that right now. More b-sides, obviously! Hopefully Tom and Ed will find some lovely little gems once long forgotten that they'll want to share.

not to sound like a big arse but what has everybody against iTunes?
people don't like convenience and integration ?

GLAKO I think most people who're vocally against it here want physical copies like prochem said - reasons being quality, nostalgia, a simple preference of having a hard copy as opposed to a digital one. I don't think iTunes is a bad thing, loads and loads of people use it and the future is here... it's just the way things are, especially as record stores become fewer and farther between. The potential to reach a larger audience, get the music out there and make money through this avenue of distribution. For an artist and their label to disregard this potential might be a bit shortsighted...

:) of course.
But on the other hand everybody here has already got every track on disc (except Silver Drizzle I guess?)
