Noticed el chemicalos are playing in Ireland on the 19th august, Considering popping over from scotland for this.



Where is Marlay park? Anywhere near Belfast and what are prices likely to be for hotels etc, probably only staying one night but saturdays line up looks tasty too.

Marlay Park is in a place called Rathfarnham, kinda up in the mountains a bit. I would imagine there would be buses on to bring people to and from the city centre. I reckon without traffic it's about 20 - 25 minutes by car from the city centre but who's knows on the night!!



Hotels in Dublin City Centre would cost from about ?50+ But of course there are B&B's, hostels etc..



As for distance from Belfast....about a couple of hundred miles but only a couple hours on th etrain. Try Ryanair website to get cheap hotels from Scotland. The airport is about 40 minute drive to city centre but there's an airport bus that costs ?5 that you could get.

D'oh, i meant to say try Ryanair for flights to Dublin

basically from dublin airport you can get the 16a bus which will take you directly to the park for 2 euro. there is tons of hostels, hotels. as sister said expect to pay 50 euro per night at the weekend. marlay park is about 25 mins bus journey form city centre and the venue capacity is 16,000 i think. if you need any more info or want me sort you out with ticket stuff drop me a pm
