great album! dave played a concert at the place i work for as a concert booker some weeks ago. when he gave me his hand before leaving it was like being touched by the hand of a figher force... you know what i mean? that guy was pere ubu and punk before the sex pistols even knew they'd be p-u-n-k some day. he drank a bottle of beck's inbetween every song he played. that night was just stunning.

the two pale boys play with FrankBlackFrancis :-? of-Pixies-fame on his latest single release. they are good guys, but a little weird...

It doesn't suprise me that they're playing that shit, Radio 1 is mainly crap apart from select shows like The Breezeblock, Blue Room which are on at riduclous times in the morning. The only show that was on at a decent hour is now over as John Peel is here no more, the show has no soul :'(
