Hello everybody last 12th of decembe I bought a T-shirt on the official chemical brothers Shop (https://chemicalbrothers.officialmerchshop.com), today is 16th of february and I'm still waiting for my t-shirt. This is an advice to everyone who wants to buy on that shop. DON'T BUY on it.

First, welcome to the forums!

Second, it would probably be a lot more polite if you asked for help for your problem, instead of coming in and bashing the webshop by telling everyone to never buy from it. Especially when this is your first time posting.

Third, this forum isn't the best place to be reporting your problem. I can't make any promises, but I'm pretty sure no one on these forums has the ability make your shirt get to you any quicker. It's a fan forum. If I were you, I'd try to contact whoever's in charge of the shop and tell them about your problem.

@Aleix I had no trouble when I ordered my lithograph off them last year. It did take ages to process and arive but I got it in the end. Have you tried contacting them?

Yes I have tried to contact them several times by email but I got no response. I tried to call but I have some problems due to the time zone difference.

I keep trying.

I put in a order for Burst Generator butt plugs months ago, and haven't received my goods either. Totally outraged!!!!!!

But seriously, I've ordered from the web shop twice with no problem. This was back in late 2008, mind you.

This takes me back, bought a Chems t shirt, classic navy blue (it was and still is massive and swaps my body, good for lounging around in...oh shhhit...anyway..., sorry to hear that, things have prob changed since my experience, but think it did take slightly longer than expected back then, and im in the UK, just hang in there or contact them, its all you can do . . . .
