Ok, let me just say I have been a fan of Fatboy for years now. This was the first time I ever saw him live, and I want my $30 back. He was HORRIBLE to say the least. The guy who opened for him was better for crying out loud. Fatboy came out and started out ok..nothing too exciting, and then it was all downhill from there. I wouldn't even call it mixing. One song ended and another began. Of course, I can't forget to mention that he played ROCK MUSIC for an entire HOUR!!! I mean, I love rock music, but I didn't go see Fatboy Slim to hear 3 Strokes songs in a row, etc. So many people left early. I think FBS was probably very drunk to play that badly. I've read that he brags about drinking before going on stage...sounds like someone has a drinking problem to me FUCK YOU, FATBOY, I WANT MY $ BACK!!! }:-@



The Chems never let me down when I saw them live.

That sounds like the Simon Ratcliffe gig here in HK at Hallowe'en. Man, I went expecting to hear BASEMENT JAXX! And what did I get?? Like you described, one song finished, another one started, could barely call it mixing, and the music... was like slow reggae beats! I mean, the bass was there and happenin', but just not really what I expected, AT ALL.. chems, please, COME WITH US, PUSH THE BUTTON IN HK ;)
