@ Whirly: the soundtrack is on the playstation disc. You can put it in every cd player and it will play the music. Its an enhanced playstation disc with audio on it.

Burnout: Paradise and CoD4 are the only two games that have survived at my house. Everything else I've had I've traded in... got my GTA4 preorder on.... and drooooling for the new WipeoutHD.

Burnout Paradise is awesome. I've had the demo since December and I REALLY want to get the full game. I just happen to be a video game and music junkie, so money is constantly tight. Doesn't help that having green dreadlocks seems to guarantee me a 20% success rate at getting jobs...

But a less depressing note - I'm trying to get Bioshock. Heard great things about it and the demo got me hooked. Anyone here played it and liked it?

Dude, Bioshock was awesome. I pirated the PC version.

As for GTA.... dr0000000l... we (me and the boy) got the GTA trilogy, GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas for the PS2, it was only $30, to hold us over until IV comes in.

No GTA:2? That is THE best game of the series, though many disagree.

Didn't enjoy Bioshock (from the demo) because little girls and stabbing weapons frighten me.

Basically, I spent a good number of hours playing Startropics this weekend. (This will, inevitably, show my age if anyone knows this game, which was released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in December of 1990...)

I made my girlfriend buy GTA 3 and Vice City (she already had GTA San Andreas) and TimeSplitters 2 this week end. It brings back some great souvenirs !

Any Wii owners know of some good games on the v.c. channel I could download. I have some points on there but really don't know what I want to waste them on. I know of all the basic marios and zeldas, but everything else I'm thinking "what the fuck is this?" Aside from Toejam and Earl, the one and only hip-hop game, fo life!

LOL!!!!! O jeeze, I must go back to this game. I remember playing this one like crazy as a kid, but got stuck at one part and could never move on. I even put on all the good Game Genie codes, yet I still couldnt beat it.

This game made jumping on squares and yoyo's cool.

Biff, get Pilot Wings (N64)........at least I think its on the Virtual console....

I've been a gamer from the beginning of my life so its hard for me too decide.. i'll break it up into sections.

N64:

Golden Eye

Zelda:Ocarina of time

Banjo Kazooie

PS2:

FINAL FANTASY 10

Vice City

NBA 2004

PS3:

COD 4

PC:

Elder Scrolls series

WoW (once upon a time lol)

I think though that Final Fantasy 10 would be the closest to my favourite game played... The sheer epicness of it and graphics for its time were mind blowing. There are also many other classic games but i wouldnt want to go on forever :P

GTA IV looks awesome in fact I have never been so excited about a new game it's actually stating to keep me awake at night. The best thing about it is it's less than a month away - hopefully it won't be further delayed or banned like manhunt 2 was in the UK as I have just ordered myself a new Bravia HDTV as well as a PS3 so I can take full advantage of the experience. Roll on April 29th.

Biff, also check out Kirby 64. It's cute, yeah, but a really fun game with some awesome boss fights and amazing looking levels for that generation.
