Although Errol has a lot of influence here, I really don't think it's a good idea to inundate him with emails/messages. Tom visited this thread and knew there were problems - so I'm fairly certain all who are in the Chemical crew are aware of the persisting issues and the frustration and disappointment. The Chems do right by their fans as they always do, but it seems like these issues aren't an easy and quick fix and will need a bit of time to sort out.
I really hope these problems get sorted soon!

Already done. I did it as soon as I opened it. I checked so much that even the separation between the two sides of the sleeve opened. And to tell you the truth, I went to a disc store last thursday, and I asked a seller to open a random copy of the vinyl edition in front of me, in order to check if the card was inside. And there was no card inside (but there was the sticker on the cover).
By the way, you're the only one who got a card for the moment, so could you please show us a photo of it ?

Actually, I didn't contact him. He contacted me (after he saw my desperattion message on the Chems facebook page) and told me that he'll try to find a solution for me, because he thought that I was the only one not to have had the card. But as you can see, I'm not.
So I recommended people to contact him just in order to let him know about that fail.

am i missing something here.
Maboul: you've bought both the vinyl n deluxe edition cd - you've got all the songs on you - why the desperation to download mp3s?
Like said, am sure someone will fix this sooner or later.
folks who've bought vinyl only certainly have a genuine right to be upset though, but brothers' gonna work it out.

if you have the physical cd just import it into iTunes. simple! you dont need the card at all!

That's because I simply don't know what that bonus content is (the sticker just says "free mp3's and bonus content"). Maybe I could have accessed bonuses like unmixed version of Further or even bonus tracks.

if you have loaded the cd onto iTunes and gone through the website, filling in all your details then you are entered into the golden ticket comp. you then are directed to be able to download the mp3's of the album individually .
thats all the bonus content is!

so you need to have itunes to acces bonus content? oh c'mon
I don't even have Mac or Windows. I'm using Ubuntu and there's no way to run Itunes here.
Anyway i'll try to access it maybe from a friends computer if they'll make the unmixed versions available (or some other bonuses)

No if you just put your cd in your pc and you van get to the bonus content.
I have trouble getting to the content using iTunes. Haven't downloaded it (yet, 22nd) but got my cd saved in iTunes, bonus site can't find it.

I don't know but there seems to be a lot of confusion on how you can access the website. All the Australian CD/DVD's only have a sticker on the front informing you which site to go to for the bonus content (no putting in the CD then the site coming up), you have to then enter in the competition to go any further(even though I'm not from the UK or Ireland), it will then ask you to verify your purchase as either CD/DVD, Itunes or Vinyl (which requires a special code).
Did other countries get this sticker or did they have to put in the CD to actually find the website first?

I don't remember what was on the sticker :/ But anyway you can enter the competition even if you're not from the UK, there's no verification. If I ever win, I'll just give the adress of someone I trust in the UK and have him send the iPad

Kwiddle - no, if u have the cd you just visit the bonus section on the website and do the same procedure you're talking about. I couldn't do it yet as on Snow Leopard - the window that pops up to proceed further just freezes - I've shared this problem before on the page before - hope someone will see these problems and find a way for all of us access soon.
