Flashback freaks me out! everytime it comes on my headphones, I jump and try to adjust to the giant volume.
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

i am currently collecting all of the b sides from the epd and dyoh eras (my favourite 2 chems albums!) i have most b-sides all that i lack are let me in mate, the ebw mix of dont stop the rock and these beats were made for breaking. i tried to buy leave home containing let me in mate off amazon from the buy used section but the cd i was sent was the uk release which didnt contain let me in mate :'( i complained but the chimps at amazon dont seem to understand the importance of collecting b-sides and did nothing! what sort of track is let me in mate (what is it similar to?) and is it worth getting hold of?
i downloaded "let me in mate" from napster back in early. it wasn't too hard to find...at least to me it wasn't...
i also have "let me in mate" on 12"...the virgin promo 12" of "leave home," to be exact. came in a white sleeve, no color sleeve. there's actually two 12"s, or two different version of the "leave home" single in question, that have "let me in mate" on them. one is the aforementioned virgin promo record and the second is the colored "leave home" single (black and white cover has the 2 underworld remixes on it and that's it. one remix each side of the vinyl). the back cover of the first "leave home" single has the LP version of "leave home" on the a-side (with bird effects at the end, non "in dust we trust" mixed version if you know what i'm trying to say) and on the b-side there's the sabres of paradise mix of "leave home" (easily the worst remixed chems song...EVER!!!) and "let me in mate".
if you want a label scan or something, i could help you out.
and for the record...
top 3 chems b-sides:
1. morning lemon (my favorite chems song...better when it's sped up +2 like it was on the BGWIO and Anti-Nazi mixes)
2. the diamond sky
3. if you'll kling to me i'll klong you
and with that, i have to get back to work.

Really? I find the H foundation remix of CWU is absolutely terrible...

It seems for me there are always a track or two (per album w/singles) that when it comes out I have some dislike towards... I think studio K would be a good example of this, it's simple and at first annoying and very spontaneous in some parts. However, I dusted off the Let Forever Be single a while back and found myself enjoying it more than the Diamond Sky which used to be my favorite b-side and really doesn't get any mention on this board. As for H-foundation's remix of CWU, I agree it's nothing impressive to remixes like Sasha's and ol' Pete Heller's takes at star guitar. It does have some high points, first of all the bass is great when you have it up high and it mixes well with a lot of tracks since it's at 127. I guess the biggest problem is that it's not really in the area of chems music.. it's more poppy-houseish, unlike fatboy's which is closer to home.
Also EBW6 Forever!!! (actually that was one of those tracks that at first seemed odd)
