sounds like most of the french house nowadays: you take a loop of 2x 4/4 (or just 1 bar, like eric prytz)and loop it for a few minutes and pass it through a low-pass filter. eventually cut the loop to even shorter fragments when you built up to the climax (like: riverside, riverside, river, river, riv, riv, riv, riv)
it was cool in '99 with stardust - music sounds better with you or all the tracks from Junior Jack but Horse Power deserves something more special than this.

I agree with you Eis-T, I don't like this new era of French House, with a lot of producers trying to imitate the 90's sound.

Btw, Eric Prydz isn't frenc, he's swedish.

It does matter to me. We are ashamed enough that David Guetta is from our country, I don't want to have to be ashamed because of Prydz as well.

Also, Eric Prydz doesn't make french house.
I agree this remix sucks. Louis La Roche did much much much better. An example :

AS much as I love re-mixes of tracks I really like, and love searching for versions unknown to me......I could have done without EVER hearing this piece of s*it........

The original is a piece of genius.......

You simply cannot improve on perfection......EVER!!!!!!!!!

Some tracks, no matter how good the re-mixer is, will never ever be improved on.......Horse Power is such an example.

I saw "Louis La Roche" and got excited. How could somebody as awesome as him have messed this up? And yet somehow he did.

I think people in here are in shock because Horse Power is this mad dark track and this remix is, well the opposite, so there's massive clashing involved on the mind.

I'm not so sure about that. My first two thoughts were:
1) I think I've heard this before
2) This is dull and repetitive.

Perhaps I shall give it one more chance soon. :???:

Shitty remix.

There could have been anything in place of the Horse Power vocal sample and it would have sounded pretty much the same.

Less of a remix and more of a sampling of Horse Power, which sampled something else, I imagine...

That Horse Power Remix is gratuitous.
