Basement Jaxx? There's a line between classy, kind of underground dance (ie. The Chems) and cheesy dance. IMO (granted, might not count for much), Basement Jaxx are just the wrong side of it.

Well said, the jaxx are far to comfortable with the pop side of music for my liking, it's not always been like that, fly life is a great track.



and while we're on the subject of what other bands we like, i've never been happy with people saying 'if you like the chemical brothers you like fatboy slim' not true, i don't like cartoon dance music!! his tunes are not great. and as a dj he is piss poor, my grandmother can mix better than him!!
