Good tune but probably not one of their best. I don't have an .mp3 but it's on Youtube if you just want to hear it.

I was actually just talking to JFK last Thursday. Their upcoming tour is gonna rock. New stuff is awesome too.

I set up lighting for them here in Toronto a couple of times. Your gonna love it inchem.

the album is lame... Same synth on all the tracks, with same beats, but each time a different faggy rap vocal on it.

Yea, I agree somewhat with Ben. The first album was better, but it's kinda like expecting another DYOH from the chemical brothers. It's not gonna happen, and things change every album era.

yeah but comme on, Surrender wasn't 10 times the same track ! Vuvuvu is the only good track of the album. And it's really good, only if you take it separated from the album, because it still is the same sounds that is over and over throughout the album.

The Looks already had those same saturated synths used all over it, but at least the tracks sounded quite different from each other, and some of them were really good. But why do they keep those same sounds and add lame vocals on it ? Again, same remark : Surrender's vocalists were good at least.

And I've seen MSTRKRFT's studio, there's not 2 synths and 2 Drum machines, they have quite a lot of vintage gear.

And by the way, has anyone noticed that 1000 Cigarettes sounds a lot like Rage Against The Machine's Bullet in your head ?

Yea, I suppose your correct, but I try to look past that. I mean, gotta represent the local music scene. JFK is all about the vintage, even when he was with DFA1979. Regardless of how their music sounds, i'm pretty much obligated to support them cause they my brother band.

haha :D I like JFK alone a lot, his remixes are often excellent, and Baby Techno would be my favourite new tune if it were out yet...
