You know, I think the chems are going to win this award. Why? Well, they are performing on the show .. and yes, it's just a hunch, but normally there has been a performance+nomination=award scheme. It's a clumsy showoff if you first get the audience hyped with an artist and then award someone else. Then again, it's MTV.



And we have seen what kind of artists generally get the awards, so it's not that much of a complement. What I am looking for is the performance, and hey, it seems like Kraftwerk is there too! :D

Panjabi MC and Junior Senior seem like one-hit-miracles, so they're not hopefully getting the award. Remember that these awards are not really so important, charts are a good analogy I think. The 'best song' award is certainly going to wrong hands, whichever nominee wins it.
