Are you aloud to take digital camera with you on a gig...? And is it worth it , is it possible to maak good pictures...?!
( We need some sort off General Thread for little questions like this , so it's not necesarry to make a new thread !! )

usually it is up to the venue to decide if cameras are allowed or not. since you are female(i am pretty sure) and you might be taking in a purse(maybe), then you should at least take a camera. if the pictures turn out well, then you can enjoy them. If the pics turn out to be very poor...at least you tried.

In Paris, they didn't care about the cameras, we were completely free to take pictures. Here some of mine so that you can see what you could expect. :)

-> Photo 143 (Sorry for the finger on it. :D)
ENJOY YOUR GIG !!! I'm so happy for you. :)
(Mmmh by the way, maybe one is already existing, but we could start a thread which would gather all the pics we took at our chems gigs ? Just an idea...)

Just to clear up - a "professional" camera as mentioned by Golden Eyes is any camera with a removable lens. Usually the kind you associate with the paparazzi.
I want to take our camera to Coachella, it takes amazing pictures - but the thing was really pricey, and I'd be worried about it getting squished plus lugging it around all day. But still... sweet sweet pics of the Chemical Brothers gig. That would be nice, considering the last time I tried to take pics of the Chems dj set at Coachella... I almost broke down and cried at the photomat when I got them developed. The pics were so awful when they could've been so good considering I was up at the front.
Word to the wise. Don't waste your time or money on disposable cameras. They are crap!

Thanks a lot, glad you liked the pictures !! :D
I'll share all of them soon (in a thread dedicated to our chems gig photographs probably), I have to put them into a web gallery or something... But you've seen some of the best ones anyway. ;) Also have some videos... the 1 minute extract of TPPR we have is awesome.
