Is it just me or does one of the street characters in the Dissolve visualization bare a resemblance to Tom?

The guy I'm talking about is the second street character Further Girl meets in Dissolve at about 23:24 into the Further Experience (the character makes several other reappearances throughout Dissolve)
He's wearing a sort of newsboy cap, carries a clipboard.

It might not be Tom at all but my husband and I think it could be!
