Ones i'm looking forward to:
28 Weeks Later. Not sure really, new director and screenplay writer? hmmm
Sin City 2:. OOOH YES!
Spider-Man 3. I hate the Spiderman films, they could have so much more, but I just want to see Venom 8-)
TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles). :D
Transformers. Guaranteed to be shit, but let's get it out of the way.

I'm all over Sin City like a fly on horse poopie.
stash and I will be taking our son to see the new Spiderman, and I think I'll stay home for the Transformers movie. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles might be like ablast from the past, I might even hit my best girlfriend up for those since we actually did see the original movies on opening night long ago.
Is 28 Weeks Later another take on 28 Days Later? If so, I might be interested in seeing it only if the ending is *not* changed like it was for 28 Days Later. The American theatrical version of 28 was changed so as to not to adversely affect American movie goers' happy-ending sensibilities. Puh!!

School of Scoundrals
This movie looks incredibly funny. It has David Spade, John Heder, Billy Bob Thorton and 2 other great actors/actrices I can't think of right now (theres so many!) How can it not be funny?
Then there Taladega Nights (sp?) with Will Ferrel that looks really good too.
But those are my comedy pic for ya...

Jeez all the new films next year are either sequels or cartoon/comic remakes...if it's anything like this year (MI3, Fast and the Furious 3, fantastic 4, Xmen 3, scary movie 4, Superman returns, Aeon Flux, Big Momma's house 2, etc) then i think i'll be waiting for everything to be coming out on DVD.
The Science of sleep though looks awesome!

I've downloaded M. Night Shyamalan's Lady In The Water, which should be a modern fairytale with dark edges. Curious.
Also seen Jarhead (cool, but distant), Walk The Line (excellent) and Hitchhiker's Guide (weird but pretty funny anyhow). Makes me curious what the book's like.
Oh yeah, Superman Returns sucked smelly sweaty hairy donkey nuts! As Jack Nicholson in The Shining would probably say: All love-story and no action makes Superman Returns a dull movie.
