Yep:
Some people think it's fake, but it's not - Discogs confirms.
It was never part of the main singles but it was given CD/12" promo releases along with a digital one.

Oh boy, as I see, Evil Nine moved to completely different sound... what a shame for me, they used to be one of my fav breaks producers.

I think I'd classify it as... Minimal tribal housey dubstep hardstyle.
