I didn't like "Swoon" - very weak and "soft" track for chems in my opinion. Well, but I hope for better in "Further" indeed!

Soft? Hu? Yer volume knob is broken, the synth riff is loud and distorted and the bass line and drums really kick in. Everyone I've played my $1.29 radio edit to loves it.

Hey, something confused me... We can't make the people to like the same tracks than us...
Caddy just said he was not in love with the song, it's not like if he said it was a bad track...

Be cool Ed... I like Swoon, but I can understand that some people are not in fond of it, maybe you've been hurted by Caddy, I hope your strong reaction is due to that, but you can't treat people like badass if they don't like some tracks...

It's his song. He and Tom have probably worked many, many days and nights to record it. So if someone thinks his track is weak, he's got every right in the world to sarcastically diss them. It's not that he's been hurt by caddy. He just thinks caddy is noobish, insignificant, and tasteless, and seeing as he is the one and only Ed Simmons, he can say exactly what he thinks of caddy, as slyly as he wants to say it, too. So don't correct the Ed.

Ahah Whitenoise, Tom & Ed are gods musically, but they are still humans... And when I read this strong post I have the inpression that we are not in the same world... Even if they worked many many hours (or more) on each track, people have the right to say what they are thinking of them...

Morally it look strange to me that Ed treat like a badass a FAN member that just says HIS opinion...

And Ed has the right to say what he is thinking of them. Personally I didn't think he was being all that harsh, really. His response was perfectly natural. I'd say the same thing in his position.

Yeah Swoon remixed by a good Dutch DJ. Not really in style what I'm familiar with from Don Diablo. And it's much longer than the known original. Aaarghh!!! Can't wait for Swoon extended.

That's no way to treat a new members guys! He's probably devastated that he just got dissed by his idol; you should all be consoling him.
Ed, I love your music and I think you're a cool guy, but that was a little uncalled for. Though I can see why you did it - if I slaved for hours over a song I'd feel the same way - but still, he signed up for an account on a website that's pretty much dedicated to how great you two guys are. I think he has a right to his opinion. It's not like he was personally insulting you.

Theyve made such a perfect love song...

This reminds me of Star Guitar a ittle, but what a brilliant track, this is just....awesome, trippy, raw drum machine sound and dreamy lyrics, the Chemical Brothers are tops and have returned with a great new electronic sound.

There were some blah and other comments that left little to be desired. But for the most part I felt the comments were positive so I'm trying really hard to focus on that otherwise the negativity will just bring me down. Opinions are like assholes and we've all got them and we all have a right to them. And at the end of the day we're all just a bunch of nobodies. What caddy said wasn't completely terrible, he is welcome to not like the song - we should be free to express ourselves... But maybe because it happened here on the forum it was the final straw, you know? It doesn't mean negative comments can't be hurtful. Just because Ed is a well known world class musician doesn't mean he's not a human being. I can imagine the not-so-positive comments can cut like a knife. The music they make isn't just their McJob they go to every day, the music is something pulled from their hearts and souls...
