I'd agree that base 6 packs a lot of funk, but I think Star Guitar has the best bass drums to it. If you have it playing on a subwoofer (or hear it live), it's totally mind-bending craziness. I think it's great how the sound of the song (energetic, blissful) and the heavy bass drums have such a contrast and still go perfectly together

base 6 is totally funky (drums are heightened by ultrafunky basslines). Star guitar is really nice live the - the beats are wicken. however, for funky drums i must go with freak of the week. coolest drum beat overall.... dig your own hole. or freak of the week

Uh, yea I noticed it...... A nice version of Kling/Klong is in a radio 1 mix set by them in 1995.

Enjoyed (from "Out Of Control")
I thought this was meant as a remix of Out Of Control in the first place. Some website once mentioned that.
After all, those tracks are b-sides, so it should not be too surprising that they use samples that are on the proper album tracks as well. Maybe they started with the same loop twice and wanted to pull both tracks in totally different directions, chosing the better track later.
