Battered was the order of the evening last night. Polished a bottle of vodka, some strawberry daquiri, and a nice fat joint at a house party. Got home around 10:30 this morning, have been absolutely not productive at all, but I watched the West Ham-Tottenham game. A shame the Hammers are going down.

I really need to start studying but I still feel groggy.

I shouldn't even be awake. I'm really starting to feel the burn from last night's shenanigans and it feels like someone's unloading boulders on my head - and I had to work this morning (so Jeanie if you're wondering why I flaked on Skype/im, that's the reason). That hurt, but I managed! But man was I stuck in first gear for the first hour or so.

I just got back from the grocery store not too long ago. It took me longer than normal to do my shopping. I was walking around in a daze and kept trying to remember what I needed to buy. Grocery shopping on the comedown is a disorienting experience.

I've got the opposite problem. I've got to be up in 4 hours and I can't sleep. Insomnia sucks. I tried to read myself to sleep, but no dice so far. I could start studying again and just stay up all night but that doesn't seem a good idea.

So, a drink of water, a couple tunes, and we'll try again...

Oh god...

I "tasted the rainbow" for the first time ever yesterday. (skittles=coricidin=same shit in robotussin)

My head is spinning like crazy. That's about all I can say. That and the fact that at one point in the trip, I thought I had multiple arms.

I think he means DXM? If so, it's a relative of ketamine

Yay, another cough syrup junkie! Don't do that stuff very often, the science actually does point to long-term brain damage.

(But it's fun...)

I finally took 1/2 mg lorazepam and a 5-HTP at 4:45 AM and decided to not attend school. Getting a decent night's sleep so I can spend the next 14 hours studying for tomorrow's exam seemed like a priority.

I haven't had a bout of insomnia like that in many months. Was not fun at all. I feel okay now, but I've missed too much school is the last couple weeks.

Dude, I hate that. THat's why i have panic attacks if I run out of weed. I simply cannot go to sleep without it. Back before I discovered it, I would stay up until 3 or 4 am, even if I had to be awake at 7 in the morning.

There are tons of legal drugs with DXM in them that you can get from a walgreens or something. This particular pill is coricidin; little red pills around the size of a skittle with a sugarcoating on the outside, thus the nickname "skittles" (derived from their likeness to the popular candy). Skittles' current slogan is "taste the rainbow". Given that DXM is a dissociative psychadelic, the slogan is equally applicable for the other sort of "skittles", thus "tasting the rainbow" = eating "skittles".

I make no sense.

:P

I considered getting baked but A) it usually makes me groggy in the morning and B) I tried using it to sleep with the stuff I have earlier in the week and it just kept me up, really, really high.

I had contemplated taking a lorazepam much earlier in the early morning but knew I'd be too groggy to drive to school if I did that. So instead I waited an extra 4 1/2 hours before finally giving in and taking a half.

I just feel edgy now, I think nerves about tomorrow's exam.

I can cure groggy... there's still like a gram and a half left over from the weekend... I'm was so fricken tired and worked last night, I glanced at that stash when I was getting my weed out, and it just made me shudder.

I really, really don't want to get into a cycle of lorazepam/weed + ephedrine just to keep me on a 24-hour cycle. That's asking for trouble. And I definetly don't want to be using the white powdery stuff for sustenance and verticality.

U know what really helps ?! You guys might find me weird , but try this healthy option for getting energy + sleep well.

EAT HEALTHY!! Thats the key. Eat lots of veggies , fish ( fresh! ) fruits , and all that healthy stuff. No more McDonalds , its killing. Pizza ONLY once a week. Blabla. It gives u so much more energy to eat healthier! I ( because i'm so skinny ) have a combo of eating healthy to get my vitamins in , and eating LOTS of pasta+ bread+ potato's so that i dont loose weight.

For sleeping : Try sleeping with youre windows open. Fresh air ( Altho were tim lives that could be too cold ) is the Nr 1 ingredient for a good night sleep. Also dont go on the computer , watch intens stuff on the telly or listen to uplifting music before you go to bed.

Dr Jeanie has spoken.

Offcourse , you guys solutions are much more fun.

I developed a habit where I take naps on the weekends. Allowing myself a chance to rest during the day on Saturday and Sunday helps me a lot, especially mentally. Plus the rest I get allows me to enjoy my weekend nights and get me needed rest before I begin the work week. I dig my job but sometimes it's just so draining, so I need that time to mentally re-coup. Plus I don't have the stamina that I used to and I don't go out as much, but when I do I need time to recover so the naps help.

Eating well is important too, but I avoid starches and pasta most of the time because the older I get the less my body can metablolize those foods.

I'm half-hammered (though sobering up), exhausted, exhilerated, stoked, and, five minutes ago, toked tonight.

Went to go see one of the greatest political punk bands ever, Propaghandi, tonight and had a wicked time. Punk shows rock.

Ran into a girl I've had a big crush on for eight years, but have only seen a few times since high school. Scored her number and chatted a bit.

Liverpool lost, well won! Woot ! Woot!

I got Wendy's in the drive-thru. Bacon Chicken Swiss and Frosty. Yeah.

For all of u who cant afford a bong : Here's how to make one yourself. My bro and i just made one and it works. he made it in a minute X-D

Ingredients :

Empty soda bottle ( Plastic )

Something to make a hole with

Tape

A plastic tube or a peace of a pen ( Something large enough to stick a joint in , but small enough so it doesn't fall out. We used a piece of a pen )

So , u clean the bottle.

U make two holes above eachother in the bottle

In the lowest hole u put the piece of the pen or the tube or whatever u want to use. Fill with water so the tube is underwater , BUT not too much water , it shouldnt rise higher than were the tube exists the bottle , else youre joint gets wet. Stick the joint in the tube , and use as a normal waterpipe.

Voila! Free waterpipe.
