Has anybody oriented about news about the new album of The Avalanches? I have bought the Since I Left You album and it's amazing as hell. First thing i love at start was all tracks ar mixed each other. I love one long mixed album apart from the tracked out album. My favorites tracks are: Since I Left You, A Different Feeling, Frontier Psychiatrist and Live at Dominoes, but i dig this album more and more and i for now it's for me amazing like the all together. Superb climate!! Has the Avalanches released more albums???Maybe some dj mix albums or something else???Thanks for info.

hey you out there!
the new brains shirts are finally available.
but there's only a few left from the tour - so you know what to do..
and in avalanche news:
thanks to the brains gang for making the last tour unforgettable.
and also unrepeatable. all our records are bent and our bongo's got busted.
the laneway festival was wacko.
work has resumed on the album, along with a remix and some peculiar articles pertaining to remix particles..

thats such an awesome record, because its almost all vinyl.
you can hear the huge build-up of static all through the record. the way they have a track in one key signature and have it revolving around a simple sound in say... C and then the next tune comes in but its in a different key to the previous tune yet the simple sound in C continues and still werks because the key the tune has changed into incorperates C in it
Make sence? well its just a very clever record espesially since its all cut and paste from rekkids werk.
