Hey guys. I know this post may seem pointless, but I had tell some people who actually know what I am talking about. On good old ebay, I found a beautiful Juno 106 in great condition that I just had to get, and man, what a great investment. As a lot of you may know, The Chems use the Juno 106 on many of their tracks, and I have actaully been able to recreate a lot of those strange noises that you just don't hear in a lot of electronic music. This thing is pretty old, it was manufactured in 1984 and I don't think they every made any others since then. Also, I think it was one of the first keyboards with MIDI. I may be wrong on this, but I am just guessing simply because the Juno 60 had no MIDI at all. Anyways, if you make music and love The Chems, I strongly sugguest you check one of these puppies out. It's truely a piece of art. :P

No MIDI on the 60. I've got a Juno 106 (for $200 U.S.) and its really very nice. Playing with it for nice warm fat sounds is great - no too much sexy crunch though. Its a very nice synthesizer, I must say.
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

You should check this website out then. Basically, theres everything you want to know about the Juno 106 and then some. This site also has this program called PFarm, its really cool. Basically, you feed it a bunch of voices from you Juno and what it will do it mix all those voices together to give you some really interesting sounds. It takes the fun out of it all I know, but its still good to have. ;-)
