After the live i saw in february, i came out and waited for Tom & Ed outside, to see them, talk to them, have an autograph :p but it was too late and i had to go, since they was still inside :'(
Does anyone have their autographs, on a paper, or on a record, or better : on a bank cheque ? :D

Hey talking about that, I have a question: I have the Surrendre album on vinyl and there is "can non genius use this aswell?" written on the record. I think it's written by hand but I'm not sure. For people who have CB albums on vinyl, can you confirm that you have the same? Or do I have a collector :-//

I can see why people want autographs, or to have things signed. To the people that don't go about selling them on ebay, having something signed gives someone a sense of pride or ultimate accomplishment of having met someone they really admire. Like I can see why someone would take a Chems record to a gig and have Tom and Ed sign it - it would be a cool experience for some people. Or an autograph can be there as a reminder to a really great moment of when you met that person.
I've met a small handful of famous people, and I only have a couple of autographs. (I was 9 when I got my favorite autograph, and 14 when I got the second one - I was with my parents both times and me being shy they sort of pushed me to do it, which was a little embarrassing.) It was very awkward asking for them, and it felt kind of impersonal to me almost like I was invading their space - I really don't like to be a bother in any situation. Although it was very cool at the time, once they signed my little piece of paper it was like I had nothing more to say to them. Very awkward!

I agree with whirly. I can see why autographs mean so much to some people but for me it's not that much. If i ever met the brothers i would rather speak of something else then autographs.
me too.....but you know what......it is hard to speak after witnessing the Chemical Brothers' live experience.......especialy if you are tipping your balls off.

I still don't know if that was Ed trying to write "Ed", but it looks like "E 4". Regardless, he wrote it. X-D

Bwahahaha!!! X-D
Even when you're not necessarily tripping balls, it's still hard to speak after being aurally and physically assualted by a Chems show.

I would like to be on a pic with them tough ;)
No if i would meet them i would probably tell them how much there music means to me and us , the "thechemicalbrothers.com" comuunity. I'm sure they here it loads of times , but hey , gotta tell the brothers we love them! And i would ask what the robot says in Surface to Air...and i would both ask them to marry me.

That's cool chem'd! It would be so great to see them in such an intimate setting.
I'm positive they've met some pretty fucked up and wasted people over the years. And I bet they have some interesting stories regarding such fucked-uped'ness!
I got to shake Ed's hand last time they dj'd in Los Angeles. At the end of their set he leaned over, said "thankyou", and me and stash and this girl Ana each got a handshake.
A few months later they played this "River Rave" on the East Coast and my good good friend and "chemical sister" Nicole got to shake Ed's hand too. I've yet to meet Nicole in person, but I got to shake her hand via Ed.
Awwww!
So now I can say I've shaked your hand too, chem'd up! Thank you Ed!
