Hey thats not for sure. Lilly Allen and Ed Simons both make completely different music. Besides this sanario is completly differnt. Lilly allan is a sucsess on her own and so is Ed. I doubt ed is gonna go solo. If he was going to he would have by now. If there happy together Then LET IT BE. no pun intended.

I agree with JennyK, if he's happy leave him be. I know some of us feel like protective parents to the Brothers but there's someone out there for everyone and I wish them all the best, I think they make a good couple and I'm sure musicaly they won't Collab! Yeah, so lets not make a big deal about it and let them enjoy the honeymoon period!

I've known about this a while too. Maybe it's not the best thing to talk about on the Chemical Brothers forum, but... you know, I just don't think it's right to judge their relationship... I'm really happy for the both of them. I like and admire Ed for the obvious reasons and I like and admire Lily because she's her own woman who speaks her mind which takes some courage especially when you know the backlash is coming. Let's not pass judgment, there's plenty of people doing that already through the tabs and elsewhere on the 'net. I can't think of one good reason why Ed n' Lily shouldn't be together if they're both happy with one another and are enjoying thier time.

You beat me to it Whirls. I was gonna say the exact same thing. I think many of us knew this for a while but it's not relevant u know. When i heard it i felt happiness! Ed is a wonderfull person ( I don't say this as a fan but as somebody who've met Ed a couple of times ) and i think he deserves nothing else than happiness. And happiness doesn't come in a certain package, it can come in many ways , and if Ed found love in Lily we should be very happy for him and not judge the fact about the age difference. Age aint nothing but a number kids!

Yeah I'm not a scientist (no, really), but I have reasons to believe this isn't the first time one of the chems has dated a woman in the music industry. And I'm pretty sure the "Founders" of the chems are still together.

Ed is a ledge as is Lily, so Im happy for them, Im sure they are very good together. I like her music alot and think shes an interesting character, plus shes a total hotty so fair play to Ed.

Anways I think a more interesting topic would be talking about Jeanie and Mips, no doubt shes gonna rinse him out of money and make him write and album with her.

Well, while most people wouldn't appreciate having their private lives discussed in a music forum, it's actually been quite civil here. Unlike other places I've seen. And nothing "secret" or private has been discussed other than what's already out there - what I see are mainly posts giving support to the man whose music brought us here in the first place. We love Ed, nobody means any disrespect to him here. Nobody complained when a thread was opened congratulating Tom on the latest addition to his family. But fair enough - consider this thread closed before it turns into something ugly amongst ourselves.
