Where are the new cool dance acts???

These days I'm still into discovering new bands. A lot of new acts who I like that appearred recently are:
Bloc Party
the Bravery
Interpol
the Dears
Snowpatrol
Kasabian
Arcade Fire
the Magic numbers
Trespassers William
Ozark Henry
Doves
These are all good and not very well known bands. But these are all guitar bands. Where are all the new cool (small) dance acts????
So far I discovered:
Vitalic
Audio Bullys (which isn't really recent but I'm waiting impatiently for the new album)
Erol Alkan (which is really just a DJ)
Avalanches (not very recent as well but I just discovered them)
Lemon Jelly (I need to hear more but it's very promising)
That's it!!! Nothing else!! 8O
So can anyone help me out discovering new electronic dance acts?? Who have already released something... Through some people here I already listened to Ulrich Schnaus and Amon Tobin which aren't really my thing. Too mellow (or have I been listening to the wrong tracks??)
Who I find interesting at the moment are Rex the Dog, Switch, Jaques Lu Cont and Tiefschwartz. The first 3 haven't released anything (in a long while) in sted of remixes. Where are their own work?? Or am I looking in the wrong places??
Does anyone have any other suggestions?? I'm starting too loose my faith in the electronic scene a bit if it wasn't for the Chemical Brothers. Thanks for taking the time to help me out a bit.

I do enjoy M.I.A., however. She's sassy, sexy, political and ecclectic and her influence is everything from flavia type music to dancehall to breaks to caribbean to hip hop. Though her music has enough variety to keep the ears interested, it can be a little bombastic and heavy hitting at times. But still worth checking out if you're looking for something new.
Another one I've found interesting (I don't own the album yet, just heard it at work) is the new VNV Nation. It's more along the lines of what's called "goth trance" nowadays but there's a lot of elements in the album that remind me of the older "techno/industrial" played at my old club haunts back in 1994. It's actually quite simplistic, not a whole lot of texture, but it's a fairly steady album. Fair warning though, some of the songs make me feel cheesy inside.

8O wow they still excist?? I've also got stuff from then from the mid/late 90s. It seems they late 90s were booming for new electronica. This of course thanks to British pioneers such as Orbital, Underworld, Prodigy and Chemical Brothers.

Don't you mean Tek 9? They became 4 Hero later on.
