Having just enjoyed a cracking weekend down in Brighton for the Big Beat Reunion, I thought it would make perfect sense to do a big beat special this week on Hubie Sounds!

Yes that’s right, my friends and I donned our rose tinted shades and pretended it was the mid-90s all over again as we boogied our backsides off whilst the mighty Fatboy Slim, Cut La Roc, Jon Carter et all spun all our favourite big beat classics at the Concorde 2 last Friday night.

So may I recommend you pour yourselves a pint of your favourite lager, clear a decent area in your front room and get ready to bounce as I attempt to reproduce the weekend’s fun and frivolity with 2 hours of big beats this Tuesday night!
